    Join us for the 56th annual July 4th Parade and Picnic! The parade starts sharply at 11:00am on Whitehaven Pkwy and ends at the Palisades Rec Center with a free picnic for all.     The parade starts on Whitehaven Pkwy, going down MacArthur, and ending at the Palisades Rec Center where our annual picnic takes place. For those participating in the parade, line up starts at 10am.
